Barracuda Closer

The following is a Help Wanted ad that we found in The Suns news. It is an ad that one of our local HVAC competitors (who shall remain nameless) put in the newspaper asking for a “Barracuda Closer”. I think this ad shows how some of the locals businesses operate. All they care about is pushing the customer into something just to make money. It makes me sick that I lose work to people like this because I truly do care about my customers and that they are comfortable and feel good that they decide to work with me. I do not ever want my customers to feel pressured into a sale! I want them to walk away feeling good about their purchase and the work that the crew and I perform.

Sales Superstar Wanted $75K to $300K

Don’t even call unless you are the best and can prove it. Earn $75,000 if you are average, $150K if you are good, and $300K plus if you are great. This is the air conditioning industry, but we hire performers, not backgrounds. Young or old- if you have the stuff, we’ll know. Will train someone that has everything we want.
