I always feel great when I have made a customer happy. Here is a letter I received today:

Hi Joe,

Thanks for the wonderful job your company did installing our new Carrier heat pump. We couldn’t be happier. I heard from another customer that you go beyond expectations and you surely did when you put in our new system. Thanks,

I always feel great when I do my best but hearing from a happy customer makes it that much better.

I was throughly impressed with LHT and ALL of their represenatives. I’ve never gotten a better deal or service on my aircondition before! I will be using LHT for as long as they’ll have me in the future! Thanks JOE AND ALI you’re awesome!!!!

I was totally impressed with LHT. All the way from the nice secretary lady who answered the phone to Joe himself who did my installation. I would never go anywhere else!
